Recognising Eczema
If you have Eczema, you are likely to experience patches of cracked, dry skin that are itchy, inflamed and sore. Eczema may be just on the face or it could be all over the body. It is an inflammatory skin condition causing dry, sore rashes and blisters. Sometimes, it can be difficult to establish what the causes of your eczema could be, as it varies from person to person, however there are different ways to treat it and keep it under control.
What would Witlof do?
We use shea butter in our Rich Facial Cream. Shea butter is very effective in strengthening the skin barrier to protect it from environmental stressors, as well as being an anti-inflammatory. It is great for hydrating the dry and itchy skin that comes with eczema, whilst also reducing irritation and redness. Aloe Vera which can be found in the Refreshing Eye Cream and Gentle Cleansing Milk, is a natural moisturizer, plus it can soothe and cool inflamed or irritated skin. Hyaluronic Acid, found in our Nourishing Facial Cream, helps the skin to retain water and lock in moisture, whilst also reinforcing the skins natural barrier.
The Rich Facial cream contains Ceramids and Immortelle extract, as well as Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), which is a natural anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory, great for soothing irritated skin and reducing redness. The shea butter, baobab oil and avocado oil also help repair the damaged skin barrier.

The Nourishing Facial Cream contains flower waters and is enriched with plant oils such as rosehip seed oil. A beautiful nourishing cream that is not too oily and not too dry. You can add pump of Pure Argan Oil or Regenerating Oil Serum if you want to enrich the cream.
