1. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all eligibility requirements, and agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoters (as defined below), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
2. Oppo Brothers Ltd (registered company no. 08390934) whose registered office is at 2.17, Food Exchange, New Covent Garden Market, London, SW8 5EL, United Kingdom (“Oppo”) and Witlof Skincare (registered company no. 75522969 whose registered office is at Eerste Bloemdwarsstraat 1, 1016KR Amsterdam, the Netherlands (“Witlof” and together with Oppo “the Promoters”) are the organisers of the Promotion.
3. This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to residents of the Netherlands only for entrants who are aged 18 years or over at the date on which they enter the Promotion but excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoters and anyone else professionally associated with this Promotion.
4. No entry fee or purchase necessary to enter the Promotion. Multiple entries allowed per person.
5. The Promotion will close at 00:01 CET on 24/07/2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible to win.

10. The Promotion will be promoted via Instagram.
11. The winner will be informed by @witlofskincare or @oppobrothersnl Instagram accounts to the
winning account via DM.
12. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. All costs and expenses not included within the Prize are the responsibility of the winner. Any tax payable by the winners as a result of the prize being awarded will be the responsibility of the winner.
14. The Prize cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. The Prize cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or transferred. The Prize cannot be sold or auctioned.
15. There is no cash alternative available in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a similar alternative Prize of equal or greater value without notice.
16. The Promoters will discuss who will notify the winner when the Prize will be sent and arrange with the winner for delivery.
17. Each of the Promoters will be sending their part of the prize separately. The winner’s details will be provided by Witlof or Oppo for prize fulfilment only.
18. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoters, or where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, each Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
19. Entrants will need to ensure that they are available to take delivery of the Prize, or that they arrange for a third party to take delivery of the Prize.
20. The winner hereby recognises and agrees that, provided they have given their consent, the Promoters may use their name and likeness for marketing and the winner may be asked to participate in publicity connected with the promotion.
21. Incomplete entries or entries not made in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid. The Promoters are not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Promotion.
22. The Promoters do not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay entry to the Promotion. The Promoters reserve the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details.
23. The Promoters reserve the right to refuse to award or withdraw Prize entitlement
and disqualify or refuse further participation in the Promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instruction forming part of this Promotion's entry requirements or where a participant has gained an unfair advantage or won using fraudulent means.

24. If one of the Promoters fails to comply with these terms and conditions, this Promoter is responsible for loss or damage an entrant suffers that is a foreseeable result of the Promoter's breach of these terms and conditions or its negligence, but it is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of the Promoter's breach or if it was contemplated by an entrant and the Promoter at the time that the
entrant entered the Promotion.
25. The Promotion is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or X. Entrants acknowledge that Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X shall not have any liability to them in connection with the promotion.
26. You are providing your information to the Promoters only (compliant with GDPR) and not to any
other party without prior consent. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the Promoters privacy policies.
27. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
28. All personal data submitted in connection with the Promotion will be processed by the recipient as a controller pursuant to its applicable privacy policy. 29. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing either of the following

30. The Promoters reserve the right to cancel the Promotion if circumstances arise outside of its control.
31. The Promoters shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
32. The Giveaway and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by Dutch law. Each entrant can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Giveaway and these terms and conditions in the court of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
