SHIRLEY VAN LEM OVER HAAR DOFFE HUID TIJDENS DE MENOPAUSE EN HAAR VAK ALS VISAGISTE

'A painter also prefers to work on a clean canvas, and beautiful make‑up starts with good skincare.'

1. What do you consider clean beauty, and how important is it to you?

I am being encouraged more and more by brands in my field to work as animal‑friendly and environmentally friendly as possible. In this way, I can do my part.

Many products contain strong fragrances that are often synthetic. I don’t like that. I also believe they don’t add anything to the product.

2. What role does skincare play for you in taking care of yourself?

I find skincare very important. I also believe that as a make‑up artist I should set a good example. A painter also prefers to work on a clean canvas, and beautiful make‑up starts with good skincare.

3. Can you describe your skin type, and what were your expectations when you started using Witlof Skincare?

I came into contact with Witlof Skincare through a recommendation from a sales associate at Holland & Barrett. Due to hormonal changes/menopause, I had dull and dry skin and was looking for something to help prevent this. She recommended Witlof to me, and since then I have been using the Gentle Cleansing Milk. It is nice and soft on the skin and doesn’t leave it feeling dry after cleansing. After that, I use the Regenerating Oil Serum, which gives the skin a wonderful boost, and finally the Rich Facial Cream. I can definitely say that my skin feels better and looks more radiant.

4. Why are you a fan of Witlof Skincare products?

Witlof gives your skin what it needs in a natural way, and I’m also a fan because it’s a Dutch brand!
